We review each request and coordinate with independent cleaning professionals ("Cosie Partners") to find a suitable, competitive quote. • Property address (street, unit, city, state, ZIP code)
• Property details such as type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and preferred cleaning date and frequency
• Your preferred contact method and any special instructions you write
• Your consent choices, including whether you agree to receive marketing messages

Information collected automatically, such as the page you came from, advertising and campaign details in the link you clicked (for example UTM tags or ad click IDs), browser and device type, and the date and time of your request.

2. How we use your information

• To review your request and prepare or obtain a cleaning quote
• To contact you by phone, email, or text about your quote and next steps
• To share relevant request details with Cosie Partners so they can quote or perform the service
• To follow up on your request and provide customer support
• To measure which ads and marketing channels bring in requests, and improve our website
• To prevent spam, fraud, and duplicate submissions
• To send marketing messages, only if you opted in
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Cosie Partners: independent businesses that receive the details needed to quote or complete your cleaning. They use it under their own policies.
• Service providers: companies that host our website and database, send email, or provide analytics, acting on our behalf.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GetCosie, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if GetCosie is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

By submitting a request you agree that we and our Cosie Partners may contact you about that request. Marketing emails or texts are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe," replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them.

6. How long we keep information

We keep request information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
