These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetCosie website and services. By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What GetCosie does

GetCosie is a quote request and coordination service. We review your cleaning request and work with independent cleaning professionals ("Cosie Partners") to find a suitable, competitive quote, then follow up with you. GetCosie is not itself a cleaning company, and submitting a request does not create a booking, appointment, or contract for services.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Requesting a quote is free and you are under no obligation to accept it.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the property's size, condition, or requested work differ.
• Final price, scope, schedule, payment, and cancellation terms are agreed between you and the Cosie Partner who performs the work.
• We do not guarantee that a quote, a particular price, or a Cosie Partner will be available in your area or on your preferred date.

3. Cosie Partners

Cosie Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of GetCosie. They are solely responsible for their services, staff, conduct, licensing, insurance, and compliance with law. Although we aim to work with reputable professionals, GetCosie does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any cleaning work.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are at least 18 years old and are authorized to request cleaning for the property you list.
• The information you submit is accurate and complete.
• You will not submit false, spam, or abusive requests, or misuse the website.
• You will arrange safe access to the property and secure valuables, pets, and hazards as needed with your Cosie Partner.

5. Communications

By submitting a request, you agree that GetCosie and relevant Cosie Partners may contact you by phone, email, or text about your request. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetCosie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and makes no warranty regarding the quality, safety, or results of any services provided by Cosie Partners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetCosie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, damage, injury, or theft arising from services performed by Cosie Partners. Because our quote service is free, GetCosie's total liability for any claim relating to the website or our services will not exceed $100.

8. Disputes with Cosie Partners

Any dispute about the cleaning itself (quality, damage, pricing, payment, or scheduling) is between you and the Cosie Partner. Let us know if you have a problem; we may try to help, but we are not obligated to resolve it. You agree to release GetCosie from claims arising from such disputes to the extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GetCosie harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you submit.

10. Website content

The GetCosie name, logo, text, and design are owned by GetCosie and may not be copied or used without our permission.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, or change or discontinue the website at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GetCosie is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
