Adults only
You must be at least 18 and complete all required verification. Never attempt to bypass phone or age checks, impersonate another person or access someone else’s conversation.
Respect consent and safety
Credible threats, targeted harassment, hate-based threats, exploitation, coercion, scams, illegal content and nonconsensual intimate content are prohibited. Do not pressure someone to continue a conversation or call.
Keep personal phone numbers private
Do not share phone numbers as digits, words, disguised text or pieces across messages. A blocked message may be revised. Detection is not guaranteed to catch every attempt; do not rely on it instead of protecting your own information.
Room for legitimate expression
Ordinary profanity, political or religious discussion, criticism and controversial lawful opinions are not automatically violations. Safety review considers context, severity, target and confidence. Automated classifications are not proven facts.
Reports and appeals
Report or block abusive participants when the service opens. Restrictions and incident reviews must be proportionate. A single uncertain detection is not grounds for an automatic ban. Contact support@surfit.surf to appeal; include only the relevant incident identifier, not another person’s phone number. Automated screening alone will not trigger law-enforcement contact.
