Cosie Chat Terms

Eligibility and availability
Cosie Chat is a separate GetCosie communication service for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. Access requires email verification, phone-number verification and independent age assurance. The service is not open while these checks and safety operations are awaiting setup. No permanent public account is required for ordinary guest entry.
Conversations and consent
Random text conversations are intended to be free. No match, participant availability or uninterrupted connection is guaranteed. You may leave a conversation at any time. Voice and video are not available yet and will require both participants to consent. Calls will not be recorded by default.
Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Sharing personal phone numbers, including disguised or split numbers, is prohibited. Automated screening may block or flag messages; it is not perfectly accurate. Restrictions must be proportionate, and moderation decisions may be appealed.
Payments and earning hosts
Paid conversations, host onboarding and payouts are not available. Do not send payment to another participant through an off-platform request. Separate payment terms, host agreements and approved provider onboarding are required before these services open.
Taxes and fees
Earnings and transactions may be subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Cosies are responsible for their own tax obligations unless GetCosie is legally required to collect, withhold, or remit taxes. GetCosie transaction fees are separate from taxes. Host earnings will be shown as Earnings Before Taxes, and income taxes will not be withheld from payouts unless legally required. Tax treatment depends on the type of transaction; not every transaction is taxed the same way. Where legally required, GetCosie will collect and remit sales tax and provide tax documents such as Form 1099.

GetCosie does not guarantee a participant’s identity, intentions or conduct. Verification is not a guarantee of safety. Contact support@surfit.surf for questions or an appeal, without including another person’s phone number. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services. These launch terms require legal review before access is enabled.
