Current availability
The guest-entry form is not connected to verification services. While it is unavailable, the form does not save your email or phone number, send a verification email or SMS, or create a chat session. Provider-specific notices and retention schedules will be finalized before launch.
Verification and guest identity
The planned service requires a temporary username, matching preferences, verified email, phone-number control verification and a separate 18+ assurance result. Emails and phone numbers will not be shown to other participants. Identity or age-check providers may process sensitive information under their own disclosed terms; no such processing is active yet.
Message safety
Before delivery, messages will be screened for prohibited phone-number sharing and safety risks. Limited consecutive-message context may be used to detect disguised contact sharing. Automated decisions can be wrong and may be appealed. Private message contents will not be used to train matching algorithms.
Access and retention
Only authorized participants may read their conversations. Routine owner analytics will not show private histories or full phone numbers. Any incident-specific evidence review must be limited, authorized and audited. No claim of end-to-end encryption is made. Final retention and deletion schedules are a launch requirement, not an active promise of a fixed deletion period.
Calling, payments and your choices
Calling and payments are not active. Future calls require consent and will not be recorded or transcribed by default. Payment providers, not GetCosie, will handle raw card and bank credentials. You may end a session, report abuse or request privacy assistance through support@surfit.surf.
